Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code.
To be eligible, the items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and odorless .
in their original packaging ,
complete and in perfect condition for resale .
📩 You must make the return request by email to savresquad@leuwkings.com within 14 days of receipt.
Once the return has been validated, you have 20 days to send the products back to us.
👉 Return shipping costs are your responsibility , except in the case of an error on our part (model, size, manufacturing defect), where they will be fully covered by Leuwkings.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned items. No direct exchanges are possible; for a different size or model, simply place a new order after receiving your refund.
Where are your items manufactured?
All products in the official Danielle Savre × Leuwkings collection are personalized on demand in our workshop in France , near Lille.
The embroidery and finishing touches are done with care to guarantee lasting quality and a high-end finish.
We work exclusively with certified suppliers (WRAP, SEDEX, Vegan, BSCI, Oeko-Tex) to ensure ethical, responsible and environmentally friendly production.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is validated and paid for , it is immediately sent to production in order to meet our manufacturing deadlines.
For this reason, it is not possible to modify or cancel it after validation.
However, if you have made a mistake (size, address, etc.), contact us as soon as possible at savresquad@leuwkings.com : if the order has not yet been put into production or shipped, we will do our best to help you.
What is the manufacturing time?
Items from the official Danielle Savre × Leuwkings collection are available for pre-order only .
Each piece is made to order in our workshop in France, in order to guarantee artisanal, responsible production without overstock.
Production and shipments will take place between January and February 2026 .
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
⏳ Thank you for your patience, this delay allows us to ensure the best possible quality on each garment and accessory.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number .
This link will allow you to track your package in real time until delivery. You will be notified by email at each important stage (production, shipping, delivery).
If you can't find your email, please check your junk mail or contact us at savresquad@leuwkings.com .
Does the magnet come with the photo?
Yes 😊 The magnet comes with the photo already printed by us .
The printing is done directly in our workshop to guarantee a crisp and lasting quality .
🖼️ You can also change the photo at any time : the magnet is designed to be reusable with any image in 5.3 × 8.6 cm format (credit card size).
My item is defective, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If your item has a manufacturing defect or is incorrect in style or size , please contact us as soon as possible at savresquad@leuwkings.com, including:
a photo of the product in question ,
as well as your order number .
After verification, we will cover all return and reshipping costs , or issue a full refund , according to your preference.
All products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects , in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide !
Orders are shipped from France and delivery times vary depending on your country:
- Metropolitan France : 2 to 4 working days
- European Union : 4 to 8 business days
- Rest of the world : 8 to 15 business days
Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Leuwkings.
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, so you can track its progress in real time.
