Pre-order conditions
Pre-orders are paid in advance when your order is confirmed.
You must collect your order from the stand on the day of the convention . If the order is not collected before 4 PM , and we have not heard from you, a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total amount will be applied.
It is possible to modify your item on site , subject to availability. If the desired size or model is no longer in stock at the time of the exchange, no refund will be issued .
